01 General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the Taka Boss platform and all of its services. Taka Boss is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international license. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Taka Boss.

02 Account & Registration

To open an account on Taka Boss, you must register using accurate, truthful information. Accounts created with false or third-party details will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

Account Verification

To ensure security, Taka Boss may request identity verification documents at any time. This is typically required before your first withdrawal or for large withdrawal amounts. Documents that may be requested include:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of Ownership of the Payment Method Used

Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same device, IP address, bank account, or mobile number, all associated accounts will be closed.

03 Age & Eligibility Requirements

Taka Boss is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. This is a firm condition of our license with absolutely no exceptions. Minors are not permitted to use the platform.

If anyone registers with a false age and this is later verified: the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and no complaints will be entertained. Taka Boss is firmly committed to protecting minors.

The following individuals are also prohibited from using Taka Boss: Taka Boss employees and their immediate family members, residents of countries where online gaming is fully prohibited, and anyone whose Taka Boss account has previously been closed for any reason.

04 Payments & Transactions

Wagering Requirement

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days – if the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded
• Exploiting any loopholes in the gaming system is strictly prohibited.
